Commission – Part 2

I’ve got errands to run this afternoon, but I promised, so I made sure I got photos and this uploaded for you before I left!

I promised I’d give you the progress report on the commission. The leaves and vines were actually all finished when I posted yesterday. I worked on this another hour and a half this morning before I took the photo. This means that I got the outline of the maple leaf and the very beginning of painting it done. 🙂  The colors are much golder than the pictures show. The shine of the silk ground fabric is wreaking havoc with the camera settings! You can, as usual, click on the photos to see them in more detail.
